Als mit dem Heim- oder Spitalaufenthalt in direktem Zusammenhang stehende Einnahmen nach Artikel 13 Absatz 2 ELG gelten:

  1. Leistungen der Kranken- und Unfallversicherung für die Hotellerie und für die Pflege und Betreuung im Heim oder Spital;
  2. Hilflosenentschädigungen, die nach Artikel 15b angerechnet werden können; und
  3. der erhöhte Vermögensverzehr nach Artikel 11 Absatz 2 ELG.
