Der Barwert der Rente wird auf der Basis des Jahresrentenansatzes berechnet, der beim Erlass der Auskaufsverfügung gilt. Wird eine Rente rückwirkend zugesprochen, so sind die monatlichen Rentenbetreffnisse bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt nachzuzahlen.
