Die tägliche Grundentschädigung für zivildienstleistende Personen, die am 31. Dezember 2003 mindestens 103 Tage Dienst im Sinne von Artikel 1a Absätze 1–3 EOG geleistet haben, wird während der restlichen Diensttage nach Artikel 10 EOG berechnet.
