Für Mieterinnen und Mieter entsteht der Anspruch auf Mietzinsvergünstigung am ersten Tag des Monats, in dem das Mietverhältnis beginnt. Wird bei Erneuerungen ein bestehendes Mietverhältnis fortgeführt, so ist das Inkrafttreten des neuen Mietvertrages massgebend.
