Wird Bundeshilfe für den Erwerb von Wohnraum beantragt, so darf der Eintrag ins Grundbuch erst erfolgen, wenn die zuständige Stelle Bundeshilfe zugesichert hat. Ausnahmsweise kann der Grundbucheintrag vorher erfolgen, wenn die zuständige Stelle dies schriftlich bewilligt hat.
