Die vom Bund vermittelten und verbürgten Darlehen sind in Bezug auf die Verzinsung und Tilgung den direkten Bundesdarlehen gleichgestellt. Ein allfälliger Zinsunterschied wird vom Bund getragen. Soweit nötig, bevorschusst er die Tilgungszahlungen.
