Samen von Stieren, die serologisch positiv sind oder waren, darf nicht für die künstliche Besamung verwendet werden. Das BLV kann nach Absprache mit den Kantonstierärzten die Verwendung von Samen, der vor dem mutmasslichen Zeitpunkt der Ansteckung gewonnen wurde, bewilligen.
