Das Eidgenössische Justiz- und Polizeidepartement kann die Stunden- und die Gebührenansätze jeweils auf den nächstfolgenden Jahresanfang an die Erhöhung des Landesindexes der Konsumentenpreise anpassen, sofern die Erhöhung seit Inkrafttreten dieser Verordnung oder seit der letzten Anpassung 5 Prozent oder mehr beträgt.
