  1. Garantien, die vor dem Inkrafttreten dieses Gesetzes erteilt wurden, werden weiterhin auf Grund des Bundesgesetzes vom 26. September 19581über die Exportrisikogarantie behandelt.
  2. Absatz 1 gilt auch für Zusicherungen von Garantien, sofern bei der Zusicherung kein Vorbehalt neuen Rechts aufgenommen wurde.
