Die Antragstellerin ist verpflichtet:

  1. 1 der SERV alle Informationen zu liefern, die für das Versicherungsgeschäft von Bedeutung sind, insbesondere Angaben zu Korruptions-, Umwelt- und Menschenrechtsaspekten;
  2. den Sachverhalt vollständig und richtig darzustellen und Sachverhaltsänderungen der SERV unverzüglich mitzuteilen.
