The annual accounts of the National Bank, consisting of the income statement, the balance sheet and the notes to the accounts, shall generally be drawn up in accordance with the provisions of title thirty-two of the CO1on commercial accounting and financial reporting. Derogations may be made from the provisions of the CO to the extent required by the special nature of the National Bank. In particular, the National Bank does not have to prepare a cash flow statement.
