The National Bank may cooperate with foreign central banks and the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) in order to perform its tasks in accordance with Article 5.
It may transmit non-public information on certain financial market participants to foreign central banks and the BIS only if:
this information is used exclusively to fulfil tasks that correspond to those of the National Bank;
confidentiality is ensured.
