The contesting of National Bank orders is governed by the provisions on the administration of federal justice.1
1bis. The National Bank is entitled to appeal to the Federal Supreme Court.2
An action may be brought before the Federal Supreme Court in the event of disputes between the Confederation and the cantons regarding the agreement on the distribution of profits pursuant to Article 31.
