Art. 62b

(Art. 43 and 44 CISA)

1. The content and approval of the investment regulations are based on the provisions on the fund contract, unless the CISA or articles of association provide otherwise.¹
2. When convening the general meeting, the SICAV informs shareholders in the form prescribed in the articles of association about:²
   1. which changes to the investment regulations FINMA has verified; and
   2. which of these changes FINMA has established as being in compliance with the Act.
3. Paragraphs 1 and 2 apply to the articles of association accordingly, provided the latter regulate the contents of the investment regulations.
