The counterparties may reduce initial margins by no more than CHF 50 million.
The amount of the initial margins of a counterparty that belongs to a financial or insurance group or a group is determined taking all of the group companies into account.
In the case of intra-group transactions, the initial margin may be reduced by no more than CHF 10 million.
