Art. 58e

(Art. 73c paras. 4 and 5 FinMIA)

1. The DLT trading facility shall regulate in the regulations in accordance with Article 73c paragraph 5 of the FinMIA whether and which private participants will be admitted.
2. The granting of non-discriminatory access in accordance with Article 18 of the FinMIA is not binding for private participants.
