(Art. 75 FinMIA)

1. The trade repository must do the following with respect to the reported data:
   1. record it immediately and completely;
   2. save it both online and offline;
   3. copy it to an appropriate extent.
2. It shall record all changes to the reported data, providing information on:
   1. at whose request the change was made;
   2. the reasons for the change;
   3. the time the change was made;
   4. and providing a clear description of the change.
