Soweit dem Nationalen Garantiefonds aus der Insolvenz eines Versicherungsunternehmens Aufgaben nach Artikel 76 Absatz 4 Buchstabe b des Strassenverkehrsgesetzes vom 19. Dezember 19581erwachsen, kommt ihm im Verfahren nach Artikel 51a Absatz 1 des vorliegenden Gesetzes eine Gläubigerstellung zur Wahrung seiner Interessen zu.
