(Art. 67 VAG) Die Versicherungsgruppe muss über ein Informationssystem verfügen, das für die Zwecke der Auflösungspläne sowie der Ergreifung von Massnahmen nach Artikel 51a VAG in zeitlich adäquater Weise Informationen bis auf Stufe der einzelnen Rechtseinheiten an die FINMA liefern kann.
