Spruch

Die §§1 und 2 der V des Bundesministers für Handel, Gewerbe und Industrie vom 30. Juli 1984 betreffend Preisbestimmung für Milch, kundgemacht im Amtsblatt zur Wr. Zeitung vom 1. August 1984, waren gesetzwidrig.

Der Bundesminister für Handel, Gewerbe und Industrie ist zur unverzüglichen Kundmachung dieses Ausspruches im BGBl. verpflichtet.
