Spruch

I. Der Antrag auf Aufhebung der Wortfolge "nach diesem Bundesgesetz" in §2 Abs4 Glücksspielgesetz – GSpG, BGBl Nr 620/1989, idF BGBl I Nr 54/2010, wird zurückgewiesen.

II. Im Übrigen wird der Antrag abgewiesen.
