Spruch

I.Die Anträge werden, soweit sie sich auf §113 Abs1 Z1 und Abs2 des Allgemeinen Sozialversicherungsgesetzes (ASVG), BGBl 189/1955 idF BGBl I 31/2007, beziehen, abgewiesen.

II.Im Übrigen werden die Anträge zurückgewiesen.
