Spruch

I.Der Antrag auf Aufhebung von §2 Abs2 Z4 und §7 Abs1 der 6. COVID19-Schutzmaßnahmenverordnung, BGBl II Nr 537/2021, idF BGBl II Nr 24/2022 wird zurückgewiesen.

II.Im Übrigen wird der Antrag abgewiesen.
