dass die Helvetia Nostra ihre am 18. Februar 2013 in Bezug auf das am 15. Januar 2013 betreffend Baueinsprache (Lex Weber) ergangene Urteil der 5. Kammer des Verwaltungsgerichts des Kantons Graubünden erhobene Beschwerde mit Eingabe vom 18. März 2013 zurückgezogen hat;
dass es sich rechtfertigt, für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren keine Kosten zu erheben;
dass dem nicht anwaltlich vertretenen Beschwerdegegner praxisgemäss keine Parteientschädigung zuzusprechen ist;
dass sodann auch der Gemeinde Vals keine Parteientschädigung zusteht (Art. 68 Abs. 3 BGG; BGE 134 II 117);
wird verfügt:

Die Beschwerde im Verfahren 1C_206/2013 wird als durch Rückzug erledigt abgeschrieben.

Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
3.
Parteientschädigungen werden nicht zugesprochen.

Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, der Gemeinde Vals und dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Graubünden, 5. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
