In Erwägung,
dass die Parteien gemäss der vom 20. September 2013 datierten Eingabe der Beschwerdegegner im vorliegenden bundesgerichtlichen Verfahren am 19./20. September 2013 eine Vereinbarung getroffen haben, wonach dieses Verfahren gegenstandslos wird;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin gemäss dieser Vereinbarung die am 6./17. Dezember 2012 ergangene Baubewilligung der Gemeinde Vaz/Obervaz als rechtskräftig geworden anerkennt;
dass gemäss der Vereinbarung die Beschwerdegegner die Kosten des vorliegenden Verfahrens übernehmen und die Parteien gegenseitig auf eine Entschädigung verzichten;
Die Beschwerde im Verfahren 1C_229/2013 wird als gegenstandslos geworden abgeschrieben.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden den Beschwerdegegnern auferlegt.
Es werden keine Parteientschädigungen zugesprochen.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, der Gemeinde Vaz/Obervaz und dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Graubünden, 5. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
