dass die bundesgerichtlichen Kosten dem Ausgang des Verfahrens entsprechend dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
wird verfügt:

Die Beschwerde im Verfahren 1C_263/2010 wird als durch Rückzug erledigt abgeschrieben.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

Diese Verfügung wird dem Beschwerdeführer, dem Strassenverkehrs- und Schifffahrtsamt des Kantons Bern, der Rekurskommission des Kantons Bern für Massnahmen gegenüber Fahrzeugführern und dem Bundesamt für Strassen, Sekretariat Administrativmassnahmen, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
