In Erwägung,
dass das Bundesgericht mit Urteil vom 21. März 2013 (1C_313/2013) mangels einer hinreichenden Begründung im Sinne von Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG auf eine Beschwerde von X.________ nicht eingetreten ist;
dass X.________ mit Eingabe vom 19. August 2013 um Revision des bundesgerichtlichen Urteils 1C_313/2013 vom 21. März 2013 ersucht hat;
dass sich der Gesuchsteller auf den Revisionsgrund von Art. 121 lit. d BGG beruft, wonach das Gericht in den Akten liegende erhebliche Tatsachen aus Versehen nicht berücksichtigt habe;
dass er dabei geltend macht, das Bundesgericht habe die "Tatsache" übersehen, dass für das Ermächtigungsverfahren gegen die drei Mitarbeiter des Kantonsspitals Winterthur nicht das Obergericht, sondern der Kantonsrat zuständig sei;
dass sich die Kritik des Gesuchsstellers nicht auf eine Tatsachenfeststellung, sondern auf einen Rechtsstandpunkt bezieht;
dass Kritik an der rechtlichen Würdigung im Revisionsverfahren nicht zu hören ist;
dass im Übrigen die Zuständigkeit des Obergerichts gegeben ist (vgl. § 148 GOG);
dass ohne Schriftenwechsel (Art. 127 BGG) auf das Revisionsgesuch nicht einzutreten ist;
dass die Gerichtskosten entsprechend dem Verfahrensausgang dem Gesuchsteller aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
Auf das Revisionsgesuch wird nicht eingetreten.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Gesuchsteller auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, der Staatsanwaltschaft I des Kantons Zürich, der Oberstaatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Zürich und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, III. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
