Omnilex summary

The Federal Supreme Court treated the applicant's filing as a request for revision of its judgment of 22 October 2013. It held that a final federal judgment may only be altered on statutory revision grounds under Art. 121 ff. BGG. Because the submission did not indicate any such ground, and no exchange of written pleadings was ordered, the court refused to enter into the matter. It also waived court costs under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

Omnilex headnote

Art. 121 ff. BGG; Art. 127 BGG; revision of a final Federal Supreme Court judgment requires a specifically invoked and substantiated statutory ground. A filing styled otherwise is to be treated according to its content; however, if it does not show in what respect the prior judgment is vitiated by a revision ground, the Court will not enter into the request. In such a case, and particularly where no exchange of written submissions is ordered, the request is inadmissible (consid. 1). Costs may be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG when the circumstances so justify (consid. 2).

Gegenstand
Revisionsgesuch gegen das Urteil des Schweizerischen Bundesgerichts 1C_799/2013 vom 22. Oktober 2013.

In Erwägung,
dass das Bundesgericht mit Urteil vom 22. Oktober 2013 (1C_799/ 2013) auf eine Beschwerde von X.________ mangels einer hinreichenden Begründung nicht eingetreten ist;

dass X.________ mit Eingabe vom 17. Dezember 2013 "Rekurs" gegen das bundesgerichtliche Urteil 1C_799/2013 vom 22. Oktober 2013 erhoben hat;

dass die Aufhebung oder Abänderung eines in Rechtskraft erwachsenen Bundesgerichtsurteils nur bei Vorliegen eines Revisionsgrundes gemäss Art. 121 ff. BGG möglich ist;
dass die Eingabe der Gesuchstellerin somit als Revisionsgesuch entgegenzunehmen ist;
dass sich indessen aus der Eingabe vom 17. Dezember 2013 nicht ergibt, inwiefern das bundesgerichtliche Urteil vom 22. Oktober 2013 an einem Revisionsgrund leiden sollte;
dass ohne Schriftenwechsel (Art. 127 BGG) auf das Revisionsgesuch nicht einzutreten ist;
dass auf eine Kostenauflage verzichtet werden kann (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);

dass sich das Bundesgericht vorbehält, inskünftig ähnliche Eingaben in der vorliegenden Angelegenheit formlos abzulegen;

erkennt das Bundesgericht:
