Das Bundesgericht hat in Erwägung,
dass das Bundesgericht mit Urteil vom 4. März 2004 (Verfahren 1P.98/2004) auf eine staatsrechtliche Beschwerde von X.________ mangels einer genügenden Begründung im Sinne von Art. 90 Abs. 1 lit. b OG nicht eingetreten ist,
dass X.________ mit Eingaben vom 12., 22. und 31. Mai 2004 Revision des bundesgerichtlichen Urteils vom 4. März 2004 beantragt hat,
dass gemäss Art. 140 OG im Revisionsgesuch der Revisionsgrund mit Angabe der Beweismittel zu bezeichnen ist, was eine der formellen Voraussetzungen der Revision ist,
dass sich aus den Eingaben des Gesuchstellers nicht ergibt, an welchem Revisionsgrund der bundesgerichtliche Nichteintretensentscheid vom 4. März 2004 leiden sollte,
dass deshalb auf das vorliegende Revisionsgesuch nicht eingetreten werden kann,
dass der unterliegende Gesuchsteller kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 156 Abs. 1 OG),
dass das Bundesgericht sich vorbehält, weitere Revisionsgesuche oder sonstige Eingaben des Gesuchstellers in der vorliegenden Angelegenheit ohne förmliche Behandlung abzulegen,
im Verfahren nach Art. 143 Abs. 1 OG erkannt:

Auf das Revisionsgesuch wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 300.-- wird dem Gesuchsteller auferlegt.

Dieses Urteil wird dem Gesuchsteller, der Einwohnergemeinde Worb sowie der Bau-, Verkehrs- und Energiedirektion und dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Bern, Verwaltungsrechtliche Abteilung, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
