Nach Einsicht
in den Entscheid des Verwaltungsgerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 20. Januar 2010, womit eine Beschwerde von X.________ betreffend Staats- und Gemeindesteuern 2003-2007 teilweise gutgeheissen und die Sache zum Neuentscheid im Sinne der Erwägungen an die Steuerrekurskommission II des Kantons Zürich zurückgewiesen wurde,
in die als Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde bezeichnete, mit dem Datum 12. April 2010 versehene Rechtsschrift von X.________, womit namentlich um Aufhebung des verwaltungsgerichtlichen Entscheids ersucht wird,

in Erwägung,
dass es sich beim angefochtenen Entscheid um einen Rückweisungsentscheid handelt und Rückweisungsentscheide als Zwischenentscheide gelten (BGE 134 II 124 E. 1.3 S. 127 f.; 133 V 477 E. 4 und 5 S. 480 ff.), dies selbst hinsichtlich der (von der Beschwerdeführerin ebenfalls bemängelten) Kostenregelung (BGE 135 III 329; 133 V 645 E. 2 S.647 f.),
dass Zwischenentscheide, vorbehältlich Art. 92 BGG, der hier ausser Betracht fällt, nur unter den Voraussetzungen von Art. 93 BGG angefochten werden können, wobei es angesichts der ihr obliegenden Begründungspflicht (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG) Sache der Beschwerdeführerin wäre aufzuzeigen, dass diese Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind, soweit dies nicht ohne Weiteres klar erscheint (vgl. BGE 133 II 249 E. 1.1 S. 251, 353 E. 1 S. 356),
dass die Beschwerde unter dem Aspekt von Art. 93 BGG unzulässig erscheint, ohne dass die Beschwerdeführerin sich hierzu äussern würde,
dass es mithin (nicht bloss, aber schon hinsichtlich der Zulässigkeitsfrage) an einer hinreichenden Beschwerdebegründung fehlt, weshalb auf die Beschwerde im vereinfachten Verfahren gemäss Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten ist,
dass die Gerichtskosten (Art. 65 BGG) dem Verfahrensausgang entsprechend der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGG),

erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Verfahrensbeteiligten, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Zürich, 2. Kammer, und der Eidgenössischen Steuerverwaltung schriftlich mitgeteilt.
