in die gegen diesen Beschluss beim Bundesgericht eingereichten Beschwerden (Beschwerde in öffentlich-rechtlichen Angelegenheiten und subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde) von X.________ vom 29. Juni 2009,
in die Verfügung des präsidierenden Mitglieds der II. öffentlich-rechtlichen Abteilung des Bundesgerichts vom 19. August 2009, womit das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren bis zum Vorliegen eines Entscheids des Verwaltungsgerichts des Kantons Zürich über die auch dort gegen den Beschluss der Verwaltungskommission des Obergerichts erhobene Beschwerde sistiert worden ist,
in den Entscheid des Verwaltungsgerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 2. September 2009, welches auf die Beschwerde eingetreten ist und sie abgewiesen hat,

in Erwägung,
dass mit dem Entscheid des Verwaltungsgerichts nunmehr abschliessend feststeht, dass es sich beim Gegenstand des vorliegenden Verfahrens bildenden Beschluss der Verwaltungskommission des Obergerichts nicht um einen letztinstanzlichen kantonalen Entscheid handelt, weshalb sich die dagegen beim Bundesgericht eingereichten Beschwerden als unzulässig erweisen (vgl. Art. 86 Abs. 1 lit. d BGG),
dass mithin gestützt auf Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG auf diese nicht einzutreten ist,
dass unter den gegebenen Umständen auf die Erhebung von Kosten zu verzichten sowie auf die Zusprechung einer Parteientschädigung zu verzichten ist,

erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde(n) wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, Verwaltungskommission, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
