Le recours a été enregistré sous les numéros d'ordre 2C_95/2014 pour l'impôt cantonal et communal et 2C_96/2014 pour l'impôt fédéral direct.
Par courrier de leur mandataire du 24 février 2014, les intéressés ont déclaré retirer leur recours.
Conformément à l'art. 32 al. 2 LTF, il convient de prendre acte du retrait du recours et de rayer la cause du rôle sans frais (art. 66 al. 2 LTF).
Les causes 2C_95/2014 et 2C_96/2014 sont rayées du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
