In Erwägung,
dass das Kreisgericht Rheintal (Einzelrichterin 3. Abteilung) dem Beschwerdeführer mit Entscheid vom 10. Dezember 2013 befahl, die 3.5-Zimmerwohnung im Dachgeschoss (inkl. Nebenräume) und Einstellplatz im 1. Untergeschoss an der Strasse S.________ in N.________ sofort nach Rechtskraft des Entscheides zu räumen und ordnungsgemäss zu übergeben, unter Androhung der Zwangsräumung für den Unterlassungsfall;
dass das Kantonsgericht eine vom Beschwerdeführer dagegen erhobene Berufung mit Urteil vom 8. Januar 2013 (recte: 8. Januar 2014) abwies;
dass der Beschwerdeführer gegen dieses Urteil mit Eingabe vom 14./17. Februar 2014 beim Bundesgericht "in allen Punkten" Beschwerde erhob;
dass in einer Beschwerde an das Bundesgericht unter Bezugnahme auf die Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheides dargelegt werden muss, welche Rechte der beschwerdeführenden Partei durch das kantonale Gericht verletzt worden sind (Art. 42 Abs. 1 BGG), wobei eine allfällige Verletzung der bundesrechtlichen Verfassungsrechte vom Bundesgericht nicht von Amtes wegen geprüft wird, sondern nur dann, wenn solche Rügen in der Beschwerdeschrift ausdrücklich erhoben und detailliert begründet werden (Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG);
dass die Eingabe des Beschwerdeführers den angefochtenen Entscheid lediglich als falsch betitelt, jedoch keine Begründung dazu enthält, und somit diesen Anforderungen offensichtlich nicht genügt;
dass somit auf die Beschwerde mangels hinreichender Begründung nicht einzutreten ist (Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG);
dass die Gerichtskosten dem Ausgang des Verfahrens entsprechend dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
dass die Beschwerdegegnerin keinen Anspruch auf eine Parteientschädigung hat, da ihr aus dem bundesgerichtlichen Verfahren kein Aufwand entstanden ist (Art. 68 Abs. 1 BGG);
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht St. Gallen, Einzelrichter im Obligationenrecht, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
