August 2013 einen Vergleich schlossen, wonach die Beschwerde beim Bundesgericht zurückgezogen werde, die Gerichtskosten den Beschwerdeführerinnen unter solidarischer Haftung aufzuerlegen seien und jede Partei die Anwaltskosten für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren selber trage;
dass das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren damit in Anwendung von Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG abgeschrieben werden kann;
dass die Gerichtskosten gemäss dem Vergleich den Beschwerdeführerinnen unter solidarischer Haftung aufzuerlegen und keine Parteientschädigungen zuzusprechen sind;
Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden den Beschwerdeführerinnen unter solidarischer Haftung auferlegt.
Es werden keine Parteientschädigungen zugesprochen.
