Juli 2010 hängig ist, und dem Bundesgericht die kantonalen Akten nebst einem zusätzlichen Exemplar des angefochtenen Entscheids einzureichen, und dass diese Verfügung aufzuheben ist;
dass das Verfahren als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abzuschreiben ist;
dass die Beschwerdeführer kostenpflichtig sind (Art. 66 BGG);
verfügt die Präsidentin im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG:

Die Präsidialverfügung vom 20. August 2010 wird aufgehoben.
2.
Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
3.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden den Beschwerdeführern auferlegt.
4.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Thurgau schriftlich mitgeteilt.
