dass das Handelsgericht des Kantons Zürich mit Urteil vom 31. Oktober 2012 entschied, dass die Beschwerdeführerin aufgelöst werde, und deren Liquidation nach den Vorschriften über den Konkurs anordnete;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin dem Bundesgericht eine vom 28. November 2012 datierte Eingabe einreichte, in der sie erklärte, das Urteil des Handelsgerichts mit Beschwerde anzufechten;
dass die Rechtsschrift vom 28. November 2012 nicht unterschrieben war;
dass eine Beschwerdeschrift an das Bundesgericht gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 BGG die Begehren, deren Begründung mit Angabe der Beweismittel und die Unterschrift zu enthalten hat;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin in Anwendung von Art. 42 Abs. 5 BGG mit Verfügung vom 3. Dezember 2012 aufgefordert wurde, bis am 17. Dezember 2012 ein unterschriebenes Exemplar der Rechtsschrift vom 28. November 2012 einzureichen, wobei darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass ansonsten die Rechtsschrift unbeachtet bleibe;
dass diese Verfügung mit der Post als Gerichtsurkunde an die Beschwerdeführerin versandt wurde;
dass die Post die Sendung am 13. Dezember 2012 an das Bundesgericht zurückschickte mit dem Hinweis, dass sie von der Empfängerin nicht abgeholt worden sei;
dass die Verfügung vom 3. Dezember 2012 unter diesen Umständen als der Beschwerdeführerin zugestellt gilt (Art. 44 Abs. 2 BGG);
dass die Beschwerdeführerin innerhalb der bis 17. Dezember 2012 angesetzten Frist kein unterschriebenes Exemplar der Rechtsschrift vom 28. November 2012 einreichte;
dass diese Rechtsschrift im Übrigen den Formvorschriften von Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG nicht genügt;
dass aus diesen Gründen auf die Beschwerde im Verfahren nach
Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a und b BGG nicht einzutreten ist;
dass die Gerichtskosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
erkennt die Präsidentin:
