In Erwägung,
dass das Kantonsgericht Basel-Landschaft mit Urteil vom 15. November 2012 auf die Klage des Beschwerdeführers mangels örtlicher Zuständigkeit nicht eintrat;
dass B.________, Präsident des Comité de protection des travailleurs frontaliers européens, dem Bundesgericht eine vom 29. November 2012 datierte Rechtsschrift einreichte, in der er erklärte, im Namen des Beschwerdeführers Beschwerde gegen das Urteil des Kantonsgerichts zu erheben;
dass der Beschwerdeführer mit Verfügung vom 5. Dezember 2012 darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass ihn B.________ gemäss Art. 40 Abs. 1 BGG vor Bundesgericht nicht vertreten könne, und er in Anwendung von Art. 42 Abs. 5 BGG aufgefordert wurde, bis zum 17. Dezember 2012 ein von ihm selbst unterschriebenes Exemplar der Rechtsschrift vom 29. November 2012 einzureichen, ansonsten die Rechtsschrift unbeachtet bleibe;
dass der Beschwerdeführer den erwähnten Mangel der Rechtsschrift innerhalb der angesetzten Frist nicht behoben hat;
dass die Rechtsschrift im Übrigen auch den Formvorschriften von Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG nicht genügt;
dass aus diesen Gründen auf die Beschwerde im Verfahren gemäss Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a und b BGG nicht einzutreten ist;
dass unter den gegebenen Umständen auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten zu verzichten ist (Art. 66 Abs. 1 zweiter Satz BGG);

erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Kantonsgericht Basel-Landschaft, Abteilung Sozialversicherungsrecht, und dem Comité de protection des travailleurs frontaliers européens, Ensisheim, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
