Die Präsidentin hat in Erwägung,
dass das Handelsregisteramt des Kantons Zürich am 6. August 2012 die Löschung der Beschwerdeführerin aus dem Handelsregister verfügte;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin dagegen an das Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Zürich gelangte und im Wesentlichen die Rückgängigmachung der Löschung bzw. die Wiedereintragung verlangte;
dass das Verwaltungsgericht die Beschwerde mit Urteil vom 9. Januar 2013 abwies, soweit es darauf eintrat;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin gegen dieses Urteil mit Eingabe vom 25. Februar 2013 Beschwerde in Zivilsachen erhob;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin mit Präsidialverfügung vom 12. Januar 2013 aufgefordert wurde, spätestens am 27. Februar 2013 einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 500.-- einzuzahlen;
dass der Beschwerdeführerin, da der Kostenvorschuss innerhalb der angesetzten Frist nicht eingegangen war, mit neuer Verfügung vom 4. März 2013 eine nicht erstreckbare Nachfrist zur Vorschussleistung bis zum 19. März 2013 angesetzt wurde, unter Hinweis darauf, dass das Bundesgericht bei Säumnis auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eintreten werde (Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG);
dass diese Verfügung als Gerichtsurkunde an die in der Beschwerdeschrift angegebene Adresse der Vertreterin der Beschwerdeführerin versandt und dort von der Post am 5. März 2012 zur Abholung gemeldet wurde;
dass die Verfügung spätestens am siebenten Tag nach dieser Abholungseinladung, d.h. am 12. März 2013 als zugestellt gilt (Art. 44 Abs. 2 BGG; BGE 134 V 49 E. 4 S. 51 f.; 130 III 396 E. 1.2.3 S. 399; 127 I 31 E. 2a/aa; je mit Hinweisen);
dass die Beschwerdeführerin den ihr auferlegten Kostenvorschuss auch innerhalb der angesetzten Nachfrist nicht geleistet hat, weshalb auf die Beschwerde gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG nicht einzutreten ist;
dass die Gerichtskosten dem Verfahrensausgang entsprechend der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
dass keine Parteientschädigung zuzusprechen ist (Art. 68 Abs. 1 und 3 BGG);

im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG erkannt:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Zürich, 4. Abteilung, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
