In Erwägung,
dass das Bezirksgericht Aarau mit Urteil vom 7. Dezember 2011 in Gutheissung einer von A.________, (Kläger, Beschwerdegegner) gegen die X.________ AG, (Beklagte, Beschwerdeführerin) erhobenen Klage feststellte, dass zwischen den Parteien kein Rechts- und Schuldverhältnis besteht und demzufolge der Kläger der Beklagten den Betrag von Fr. 22'208.-- nebst 5 % Zins seit 1. Januar 2007 nicht schuldet;
dass das Bezirksgericht Aarau im Weiteren feststellte, dass die Beklagte dem Kläger die Betreibung Nr. 20960425 des Betreibungsamts Q.________ vom 28. April 2009 ohne Schuldgrund zustellen liess, und das Bezirksgericht das Betreibungsamt anwies, die Betreibung Dritten nicht mehr bekanntzugeben;
dass das Obergericht des Kantons Aargau eine von der Beklagten gegen das bezirksgerichtliche Urteil vom 7. Dezember 2011 erhobene Berufung mit Urteil vom 30. Oktober 2012 abwies;
dass die Beklagte dem Bundesgericht mit Eingabe vom 24. Dezember 2012 erklärte, das Urteil des Obergerichts des Kantons Aargau vom 30. Oktober 2012 mit Beschwerde anfechten zu wollen;
dass die Beschwerde in Zivilsachen nach Art. 72 ff. BGG im vorliegenden Fall nicht erhoben werden kann, weil der erforderliche Mindeststreitwert von Fr. 30'000.-- nicht gegeben ist (Art. 74 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG);
dass die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführerin unter diesen Umständen als subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde im Sinne der Art. 113 ff. BGG zu behandeln ist;
dass mit der subsidiären Verfassungsbeschwerde nur die Verletzung von verfassungsmässigen Rechten gerügt werden kann (Art. 116 BGG);
dass in den Rechtsmitteln an das Bundesgericht unter Bezugnahme auf die Erwägungen des kantonalen Entscheids dargelegt werden muss, welche Rechte der beschwerdeführenden Partei durch das kantonale Gericht verletzt worden sind (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG), wobei eine allfällige Verletzung der bundesrechtlichen Grundrechte oder kantonaler verfassungsmässiger Rechte vom Bundesgericht nicht von Amtes wegen geprüft wird, sondern nur dann, wenn entsprechende Rügen in der Beschwerdeschrift ausdrücklich erhoben und begründet werden (Art. 106 Abs. 2 i.V.m. Art. 117 BGG);
dass sich die Beschwerdeführerin nicht mit den Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheids des Obergerichts auseinandersetzt und aufzeigt, inwiefern die Vorinstanz mit ihrem Entscheid ihre verfassungsmässigen Rechte verletzt hätte, sondern dem Bundesgericht einen Sachverhalt unterbreitet, der von dem vorinstanzlich verbindlich festgestellten abweicht, ohne rechtsgenügend zu begründen, inwiefern dies nach Art. 118 Abs. 2 BGG zulässig sein soll;
dass die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführerin vom 24. Dezember 2012 die erwähnten Begründungsanforderungen daher offensichtlich nicht erfüllt, weshalb auf die Beschwerde in Anwendung von Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG nicht eingetreten werden kann;
dass das Gesuch um Gewährung der aufschiebenden Wirkung mit dem Entscheid in der Sache gegenstandslos wird;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin bei diesem Verfahrensausgang kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
dass der Beschwerdegegner keinen Anspruch auf eine Parteientschädigung hat, da ihm aus dem bundesgerichtlichen Verfahren kein Aufwand erwachsen ist;
erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Es wird keine Parteientschädigung zugesprochen.
4.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Zivilgericht, 1. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
