Das Bundesgericht hat nach Einsicht
in das Urteil des Obergerichts des Kantons Aargau vom 18. April 2006, gegen welches die Beschwerdeführerin sowohl staatsrechtliche Beschwerde als auch eidgenössische Berufung eingereicht hat,

in Erwägung,
dass das Bundesgericht die Berufung vorab behandelt und abgewiesen hat, da sich der angefochtene Entscheid im Ergebnis unabhängig von den tatsächlichen Feststellungen, die in der staatsrechtlichen Beschwerde beanstandet werden, als zutreffend erweist,

dass damit an der Behandlung der in der staatsrechtlichen Beschwerde erhobenen Rügen kein schützenswertes Interesse mehr besteht, weshalb nicht darauf einzutreten ist,

dass die Beschwerdeführerin bei diesem Verfahrensausgang kosten- und entschädigungspflichtig wird,

im Verfahren nach Art. 36a OG erkannt:
1.
Auf die staatsrechtliche Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 8'500.-- wird der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Die Beschwerdeführerin hat die Beschwerdegegnerin für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren mit Fr. 9'500.-- zu entschädigen.
4.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Handelsgericht des Kantons Aargau, 2. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
