la déclaration de retrait du recours du 18 octobre 2007, consécutive à un accord conclu entre parties devant la Commission de conciliation du canton de Genève;
Considérant:
qu'il convient de prendre acte de ce retrait et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 73 PCF par renvoi de l'art. 71 LTF; art. 32 al. 2 LTF);
que la recourante doit être chargée des frais judiciaires et condamnée à verser des dépens à l'intimée pour sa détermination sur la demande d'effet suspensif (art. 5 al. 2 PCF par renvoi de l'art. 71 LTF; art. 66 al. 1 et 2, 68 al. 1 LTF);
Par ces motifs, le Président de la IIe Cour de droit civil:

Prend acte du retrait du recours et ordonne la radiation de la cause du rôle.

Met un émolument judiciaire de 750 fr. à la charge de la recourante.
3.
Dit que la recourante versera à l'intimée une indemnité de 1'000 fr. à titre de dépens.
4.
Communique la présente ordonnance en copie aux parties, à l'Office des poursuites de Genève et à la Commission de surveillance des offices des poursuites et des faillites du canton de Genève.
