in die Verfügung gemäss Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG vom 7. April 2014 betreffend Nachfrist zur Vorschussleistung innert 10 Tagen seit Erhalt der Verfügung,
in die Verfügungen betreffend Ansetzung einer Frist zur Beantwortung des Gesuchs um aufschiebende Wirkung,
in die Stellungnahme des Appellationsgerichts vom 28. März 2014, wonach auf eine Vernehmlassung zum Gesuch verzichtet wird,
in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerdeführerin den Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 1'500.-- auch innerhalb der ihr mit Verfügung vom 7. April 2014 gesetzten Nachfrist weder bei der Bundesgerichtskasse in bar geleistet noch zu deren Gunsten an einem Postschalter übergeben und auch nicht den (für den Fall eines Zahlungsauftrags) ihr obliegenden Nachweis der rechtzeitigen Vorschussleistung durch Belastungsbestätigung erbracht hat,
dass deshalb androhungsgemäss gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und die Beschwerdeführerin kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass sich die Gegenpartei zum Gesuch um aufschiebende Wirkung nicht hat vernehmen lassen,
dass das Gesuch um aufschiebende Wirkung mit dem Entscheid in der Sache gegenstandslos wird und die superprovisorische Anordnung dahinfällt,
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Mit dem Entscheid in der Sache wird das Gesuch um aufschiebende Wirkung gegenstandslos und fällt die superprovisorische Anordnung dahin.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Appellationsgericht des Kantons Basel-Stadt, Ausschuss, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
