Pour recourir, il disposait d'un délai échéant le lundi 16 décembre 2013 (cf. art. 100 al. 1 et art. 45 al. 1 LTF). Posté le mardi 17 décembre 2013, son recours est tardif et irrecevable. Il peut être écarté en application de l'art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF.

Le recourant, qui succombe, supportera les frais de justice (cf. art. 66 al. 1 LTF).
Le recours est irrecevable.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 800 fr., sont mis à la charge du recourant.
