Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung:

Am 6. November 2012 erstattete der Beschwerdeführer bei der Polizei Strafanzeige gegen die Assistentin einer Chefärztin wegen Verletzung des Berufsgeheimnisses. Er wirft ihr vor, sie habe einem Mitarbeiter der Invalidenversicherung am Telefon Auskunft über seinen Gesundheitszustand gegeben, ohne im Besitz einer Entbindungserklärung zu sein. Die Staatsanwaltschaft Lenzburg-Aarau nahm die Strafanzeige am 5. August 2013 nicht an die Hand. Eine dagegen gerichtete Beschwerde wies das Obergericht des Kantons Aargau am 26. November 2013 ab. Der Beschwerdeführer wendet sich ans Bundesgericht, ohne einen ausdrücklichen Antrag zu stellen. Er strebt offensichtlich eine Verurteilung an.

Der Privatkläger in Strafsachen ist zur Beschwerde ans Bundesgericht nur berechtigt, wenn der angefochtene Entscheid sich auf die Beurteilung seiner Zivilansprüche auswirken kann (Art 81 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 5 BGG). Inwieweit dies der Fall ist, muss sich aus der Beschwerde ergeben (BGE 137 IV 246 E. 1.3.1; Urteil 1B_695/2012 vom 14. Februar 2013 E. 1.2).

Dem angefochtenen Entscheid ist nicht zu entnehmen, dass der Beschwerdeführer im kantonalen Verfahren eine Zivilforderung geltend gemacht hätte. Eine solche stellt er auch vor Bundesgericht nicht. Folglich ist er zur Beschwerde nicht legitimiert, weshalb darauf im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten ist.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege ist in Anwendung von Art. 64 BGG abzuweisen, weil die Rechtsbegehren aussichtslos erschienen. Der finanziellen Lage des Beschwerdeführers ist bei der Bemessung der Gerichtskosten Rechnung zu tragen (Art. 65 Abs. 2 BGG). Der Beschwerdegegnerin 2 ist keine Entschädigung auszurichten, weil sie vor Bundesgericht keine Umtriebe hatte.

Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.

Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.

3.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

4.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Beschwerdekammer in Strafsachen, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
