Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerde richtet sich dagegen, dass auf eine Strafanzeige, die im Zusammenhang mit einer angeblich ungerechtfertigten Kündigung steht, nicht eingetreten und im angefochtenen Entscheid ein dagegen gerichteter Rekurs abgewiesen wurden, soweit darauf eingetreten werden konnte. Die Legitimationsvoraussetzungen für eine Beschwerde in Strafsachen ergeben sich aus Art. 81 Abs. 1 BGG. Die Staatsanwaltschaft war am kantonalen Verfahren beteiligt, weshalb kein Privatstrafklageverfahren im Sinne von Art. 81 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 4 BGG vorliegt. Die Frage einer allfälligen Körperverletzung haben die kantonalen Richter verneint (angefochtener Entscheid S. 6 E. 6), und der Beschwerdeführer äussert sich vor Bundesgericht dazu nicht. Folglich ist davon auszugehen, dass er kein Opfer im Sinne von Art. 2 Abs. 1 des Opferhilfegesetzes und deshalb auch nicht unter dem Gesichtswinkel von Art. 81 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 5 BGG zur Beschwerde legitimiert ist. Bleibt die grundsätzlich auch für einen Geschädigten zulässige Rüge einer Rechtsverweigerung. Aus dem angefochtenen Entscheid folgt indessen, dass der Beschwerdeführer sich im kantonalen Verfahren zweimal, nämlich am 26. Oktober 2007 und am 21. Januar 2008, äussern konnte (angefochtener Entscheid S. 3 E. 1 und S. 7 E. 2). Inwieweit unter diesen Umständen seine Verfahrensrechte verletzt worden sein könnten, ergibt sich aus der teilweise nur schwer verständlichen Beschwerde nicht. Insoweit genügt sie den Begründungsanforderungen von Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG nicht. Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 1'000.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, Anklagekammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
