Considerando:

che con sentenza del 9 gennaio 2014 la Corte dei reclami penali del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino (CRP) ha dichiarato irricevibile il reclamo interposto da A.________ contro il decreto di non luogo a procedere emanato il 10 dicembre 2013 dal Procuratore pubblico, perché il rimedio giuridico non rispettava le esigenze di motivazione di cui all'art. 385 CPP;
che A.________ ha presentato ricorso al Tribunale penale federale, da questo trasmesso d'ufficio per competenza al Tribunale federale;
che secondo l'art. 42 cpv. 1 e 2 LTF, oltre alle conclusioni e all'indicazione dei mezzi di prova, il ricorso deve contenere i motivi nei quali la parte ricorrente deve spiegare in modo conciso perché l'atto impugnato viola il diritto (DTF 138 I 171 consid. 1.4);
che, oltre a non formulare specifiche domande di giudizio, il gravame in esame disattende completamente le esigenze di motivazione poste dalla LTF;
che infatti la ricorrente si dilunga nell'indicare le ragioni per cui a suo parere sarebbe abusivo il pignoramento dei suoi beni, ma non si confronta minimamente con il motivo formale posto a fondamento della decisione della CRP, segnatamente la carente (e alquanto confusa) motivazione del reclamo;
che il ricorso, manifestamente non motivato in modo sufficiente, sfugge a un esame di merito e può essere deciso sulla base della procedura semplificata dell'art. 108 cpv. 1 lett. b LTF;
che si può rinunciare a prelevare spese giudiziarie (art. 66 cpv. 1 seconda frase LTF );
che l'emanazione di questa sentenza rende priva d'oggetto la domanda di conferimento dell'effetto sospensivo contenuta nel ricorso;

per questi motivi, il Giudice unico pronuncia:

Il ricorso è inammissibile.

2.

Non si prelevano spese giudiziarie.

3.

Comunicazione alle parti e alla Corte dei reclami penali del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino.
