Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung:

Zwischen dem Beschwerdeführer und dem Beschwerdegegner 2 kam es am 13. Juli 2012 im Keller der gemeinsam bewohnten Liegenschaft wegen der Heizung zu einer Auseinandersetzung. Am 17. Juli 2012 erstattete der Beschwerdeführer Strafantrag wegen Tätlichkeit, da der Beschwerdegegner 2 seinen rechten Zeigefinger herumgebogen und seine linke Hand in der Schaltkastentüre eingeklemmt habe. Die Strafuntersuchung wurde nicht an die Hand genommen, weil dem Beschwerdegegner 2 weder ein direkter noch ein Eventualvorsatz vorgeworfen werden könne (vgl. angefochtenen Entscheid S. 8). Der Beschwerdeführer beantragt sinngemäss eine Verurteilung des Beschwerdegegners 2.

In einer Beschwerde ans Bundesgericht ist in Auseinandersetzung mit den Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheids in gedrängter Form darzulegen, dass und inwieweit dieser das Recht verletzt (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG). Mit der Frage, ob der Beschwerdegegner 2 vorsätzlich gehandelt hat, befasst sich der Beschwerdeführer vor Bundesgericht nicht. Folglich kann auf die Beschwerde im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht eingetreten werden.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Dem Beschwerdegegner 2 ist keine Entschädigung auszurichten, weil er vor Bundesgericht keine Umtriebe hatte.

Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Thurgau schriftlich mitgeteilt.
