Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Im angefochtenen Entscheid wurde auf eine Beschwerde nicht eingetreten, weil sie verspätet eingereicht worden war. Die Angabe der Beschwerdeführerin, "aufgrund unglaublicher Kriegszustände" habe sie die Beschwerde nicht früher senden können, reichte nach Auffassung der Vorinstanz als Begründung der Verspätung nicht aus. Auch vor Bundesgericht nennt die Beschwerdeführerin keinen plausiblen Grund, weswegen sie die kantonale Rechtsmittelfrist verpasst hat. Auf die Angabe, es gebe einen "Spion", der sich verstecke, ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Auf eine Kostenauflage kann verzichtet werden.
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Solothurn, Beschwerdekammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
