Par une décision du 14 mars 2008, le Président de la Cour de justice genevoise a rejeté le recours de X.________ contre le refus de l'assistance juridique qu'il demandait dans le cadre de recours formés devant la Chambre d'accusation cantonale.

En bref, ses recours ont paru voués à l'échec et l'assistance d'un avocat semblait inutile car les arguments avaient déjà été exposés et la maxime inquisitoire imposait au Juge de rechercher les faits d'office.

En temps utile, l'intéressé a saisi le Tribunal fédéral d'un recours tendant implicitement à la désignation d'un avocat d'office. En résumé, il invoque la complexité de la situation résultant des manquements de diverses personnes (Juges, personnel de clinique, collaborateurs de l'aide sociale) et se plaint de corruption dans le pouvoir judiciaire genevois.

Considérant en droit:

Aux termes de l'art. 108 al. 1 let. b LTF, le Président de la Cour décide en procédure simplifiée de ne pas entrer en matière sur les recours dont la motivation est manifestement insuffisante. Le recourant n'expose pas, même succinctement, en quoi la décision du Président de l'autorité cantonale violerait le droit. Il soutient certes qu'un avocat eût donné plus de « lisibilité » à ses critiques. Or, on ne discerne pas, au vu de ses plaintes et des documents produits, quels arguments supplémentaires, propres à donner une chance de succès à ses recours, aurait pu présenter un avocat.

Dès lors, le recours est irrecevable.

A titre exceptionnel, il est statué sans frais. Ce ne sera plus le cas à l'avenir si le recourant persiste à former des recours insuffisants.

Par ces motifs, le Président prononce:
