Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung:

Im angefochtenen Entscheid wurde auf eine Berufung der Beschwerdeführerin nicht eingetreten, weil die Erklärung des Rechtsmittels verspätet erfolgte. Mit der Frage der Verspätung der Berufungserklärung befasst sich die Beschwerdeführerin in ihren Eingaben vor Bundesgericht nicht (act. 1 und 8). Folglich genügt die Beschwerde den Begründungsanforderungen von Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG nicht. Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege ist in Anwendung von Art. 64 BGG abzuweisen, weil die Rechtsbegehren aussichtslos erschienen.

Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.

3.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

4.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht St. Gallen, Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
